Study Visit on Assessment for Product Certification Body Support by ACFS, Thailand, 25th - 29th September 2017, Bangkok, Thailand

4 Official of Department of Accreditation (DA), Ministry of Industry & Handicraft, Cambodia and 2 experts from Ministry of Aggriculture, Forestry & Fishery participated study visit on Assessment for Product Certification Body ISO/IEC 17065 for Agriculture product and food, organized by ACFS Thailand from 25th to 30th September 2017 in Bangkok, Thailand. This staudy visit orgarnized by follow MoU between DA, Cambodia and ACFS, Thailand on cooperartion for accreditation system in the field of aggriculture.

His Exellency Phork Sovanrith discussed with delegation of PTB

DA officials joined the meeting with His Exellency Phork Sovanrith Secretary of State, Ministry of Indusrty & Handicraft, in the discussion with delegation of PTB of Germany for understanding the situation of accreditation system in Cambodia. This meeting was held at Ministry of Industry & handicraft on 12 January 2017.

2 Official of Department of Accreditation (DA), Ministry of Industry & Handicraft, Cambodia participate in Workshop on "Accreditation Marketing and Awareness Raising at National Level" from 10 to 12 Januartey 2017 at SUKOSOL HOTEL, Bangkok, Thailand. This Whorkshop was participated by Officials of National Accreditation Bodies in ASEAN member State and Member of ACCSQ-WG2. it was organized by PTB under the ASEAN-PTB project '"Improving Quality Infrastructure in AESAN".

DA and BoA,Vietnam continued to join conduct assessment the Calibration Laboratory of NMC, Cambodia.

Department of Accreditation (DA), Ministry of Industry & Handicraft, Cambodia and BoA, Vietnam continued to join Conduct assessment the Laboratory of National Metrology Center (NMC), Cambodia againt the International Standard ISO/IEC 17025 from 19 to 21 Decermber 2016. it was happening under the fully supporting from H.E Senior Minister Cham Prasidh, Minister of Ministry of Industry and Handicraft.
